Pricing FAQs
What’s included in “per device”?
A device is any computer, server, or workstation we actively monitor and manage. This includes desktops, laptops, and servers. Mobile devices and network equipment are monitored but don’t count toward your device limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we’ll prorate any differences.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business every month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I go over my device limit?
We’ll let you know when you’re approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to the next tier or pay a small per-device overage fee ($15/device/month for Essential, $12 for Professional).
Do you offer custom plans for larger companies?
Yes! For organizations with 50+ devices or unique requirements, we create custom enterprise plans with tailored pricing and SLAs. Contact us to discuss your needs.
What’s NOT included in these prices?
These prices cover our managed services and support. Hardware purchases, software licenses, and major project work (like office moves or large migrations) are quoted separately.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly via credit card or ACH. Your first invoice is prorated based on your start date, and then billing occurs on the same day each month.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees! We include onboarding and initial setup in your first month. We want to make it easy to get started with professional IT management.
